Chicken V West Ryde

Another great place to get some great chicken dishes in Korean style. The interior design is quite unique and hilarious. The place is rather hidden, but once you get the parking in the nearby area, it is located inside the shopping strip.

Great customer service and amazing food. The staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations. The kimchi pancake is nice but the fried chicken really sells it for me. You honestly can’t go wrong with any choices. I’d recommend mala flavour if you’re after a strong kick. Food comes quick and is reasonably priced. It’s dimly lit but still good to bring in a crowd and they have heaps of drinks to choose from.

Went on a public holiday! New menu was excellent. Great soy and original boneless chicken. Very saucy. Also enjoyed the taste of the rice cake soup and added cheese. The soup wasn’t too spicy but sweet and the cheese was very stringy.

Always a great experience dinning here. The food is consistent. But Ofcourse, would love it if they start to give a side of kimchi though

I really enjoyed the mala spicy fried chicken and clam soup on Saturday. The mala chicken had just the right amount of sauce, it was really yummy. I also liked the calm soup. Both of these dishes had good flavour. The food was moderately expensive. Portion sizes were ok for me because I’m a small eater but for the very hungry and bigger eaters it would be a little bit too small. The restaurant was clean and well presented. The lady at the counter was also quite nice and warned us that the chicken was quite spicy when we ordered which we were ok about.
